Sharone Halevy is a director, painter, and teaching artist
Her goal as a director to be able to tell any story through a truthful and beautiful lens, helping performers and playwrights create the most specific, strong, and vulnerable work they are capable of.
She has worked with many companies including, The Atlantic Theater Company, The Public, Roundabout, The York, and Crashbox, while also developing new works with companies like The Musical theater Factory, New York Musical Theater Festival, and 5th Floor Theater, St Ann’s Warehouse, and more.
Sharone is currently a teacher at The Actors Launchpad and the Professional Performing Arts School, as well as an affordable acting coach, and a working painter creating murals for various companies and homes, as well as creating commissions for people around the world.
Sharone trained at the Maggie Flannigan Studio, The Atlantic Theater Company Conservatory, as well as studied non-profit management and the anthropology of mental health at the New School. She is based out of NYC.
